          After 20 some years of shoemakeing, getting more and more important for me, to show more about my craft. It's a beautifull craft. Don't think that its "gene surgery". it's very "simple", like masonry. Just put one brick to the other... And after 10-15 years, You'll do it fine. :-) 
          Honestly... It's really a simple craft, but You have to practice it for Years, and years, to get the craft in your hands.

To make from the upper -toogether with all the properties- a shoe, you have to performe more than a hundred different accurate action. and almost all of them are visible in the shoe, so You can't hide it. Not to speak about the fact, that the good shoe fits for the customers feet, so the last or the modificated last must be accurate. Of course when the shoe is ready, there's only a little space, where the ready shoe can be modifyed if necessarry. It's not like a tailor made suit, before the lining stitched in... A shoe can't taken apart and put then toogether. I can say we've got "only one shut". Accordingly
we have trial shoes, and take the meassures of the customers feet, to avoid mistakes.
